I’ve been a content creator for 15 years and a logistics and operations expert for 12 years—helping businesses and creators streamline their systems, scale efficiently, and get out of the weeds of daily operations. I’m also a full-time mom, balancing life, business, and creativity in a way that works (most days!).
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with brands big and small, including SousVide, Hiball Energy, Wild Friends, Tella, Baronfig and many more, to optimize workflows, improve fulfillment systems, and create scalable operational strategies. Whether you’re a small business owner, content creator, or eCommerce entrepreneur, I help you implement the right systems to run your business efficiently—without burning out.
My goal? To take the chaos out of running an online business so you can focus on what you do best.
This business has evolved with me for over a decade.
In 2012, I started a web design business called Norbly Media, where I built WordPress and Squarespace sites for bloggers. I launched my YouTube channel in 2014 to share tutorials on web design, running a small business, and the apps that helped me do it more effectively.
In 2013, I began working in logistics and operations—learning, growing, and developing systems inside a fulfillment warehouse. That work carried me through nearly 10 years until I left in 2022 to launch my own e-commerce shop: Sister Sprouts, an online plant store. That year taught me countless lessons in inventory, fulfillment, customer support, and small business realities.
Eventually, I closed the shop to return home and work in operations again—this time on my own terms, supporting clients remotely while raising my two young kids.
The whole time, my business evolved alongside me. What started as web design became content creation, then consulting, and now fully lives under my middle and married name: Nora Conrad.
My logo is a bunny with floral patterns, which might seem… odd.
Bunnies are quiet builders. They’re observant, adaptable, and always moving. That’s the kind of business I want to run—and the kind I want to help you build. The floral patterns represent creativity and intentional design. Systems should be beautiful and fun, not just functional.
So the bunny is a reminder: you can be gentle and still run a powerful, profitable business. You can create beauty and keep your operations running in the background.
I help creators and solopreneurs set up systems that support both their business and their life. Through templates, consulting, and creative content, I teach people how to:
I believe in slow, thoughtful growth. I believe your tools should serve you—not the other way around. I believe you can run a business that reflects your values and still make good money.
I work from home in Colorado with my husband, our daughter and son, two dogs, and one cat.
We live just a few miles from a huge extended family of cousins, aunts, uncles, and in-laws. They’re my favorite people and my best friends, and I feel so lucky to be surrounded by them.
I’m a Christian—God saved me when I was 12 years old, and He’s been working on my heart ever since. My faith grounds everything I do.
I’m also a full-on hobby collector. I love to read, doodle, journal, paint, puzzle, play video games, run DND campaigns, and overanalyze my favorite shows (Severance, anyone?).
At 30, I was diagnosed with Bipolar Type 1 and OCD. I’m still navigating what that means for my life and my work. I talk about mental health often—because even without a diagnosis, life is hard. Our brains deserve the same care and love we give to our bodies and homes.
Whether you’re here for Notion templates, YouTube videos, or operations support—I’m so glad you found your way here.
